changing colour of text

I’m doing my family tree when I save certificate as jpg is there anyway of changing the colour of name given, I.E from black to red or blue etc. When you have two or three names the same but from different branches it get a bit of a muddle.

However, I found this scroll down to just over halfway down the page, it seems to say you have to buy third party software to get this function, or maybe there is some free software, try a google for it.
