  flobby 13:06 23 Aug 07

Hi All,
I have now got the Office 2007 and I have a List sent to me,But the entries are all mixed, Some are in Capitals some are in lower case and some capitalised, I want to change them all to just capitalised, ie."Coronation Street". I have looked in HELP, but no luck.Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank You, Flobby

Select the list and press Shift + F3 - if you keep doing that it will cycle through Proper, CAPITAL and lower case.

or - Select the text and on the Home tab in the Font section click the icon that looks like Aa then choose from the list which includes "Capitalize Each Word".

Try ticking it again flobby. I've never had to do it myself but I think that I have seen it mentioned that you can't tick as resolved and post a message at the same time.
