off centre web pages

can anyone suggest a reason for some web pages being displayed off centre, i have to scroll left to read full content. it would seem that the web pages are oversize, a good example is the "boats and outboard" site.

It may be that on some sites people write longer sentences that dont overlap,they just keep going,it has happened on this site too in the past,i think its how large the borders have been set a bit like a word doc where u can open them up and when they reach the end they start a new sentence,it would seem the border has been set to big for the page.
I hope that makes sence it did to me lol.

what is your display set to if 800*600 try adjusting it.
