I am having problems reading 2 cd-rw discs and 1 cdr disc which contain some important files
does anyone know why/ and if there is a solution
could it be because i have a new computer and the cd's were created on the old one?

If they haven't been "finalised" you will have to read them in the CD-RW drive.

are the disc's scratched underneath? Perhaps try a cd cleaning kit.
