If you have "installed" the program correctly, its .EXE file should be in:

C:\Program Files\ProgramName\ProgramName.exe

Obviously, ProgramName is replaced by the actual name of your Serif program, but does double clicking the .EXE file launch it? If so, right click it and select "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)" which should give you a desktop icon that does run your program.

go to windows explorer with the cd in the drive, double click the drive and a list of files should appear. Then click on the program exe file to start the install routine.
