C.D. wont re-instal

I recently received my free copy of Britannica from PCAdvisor and installed it as per instructions, but when I came to run it a box came up and told me that it could not open and to re-instal the disc. When I tried to do this nothing happened so I uninstalled the disc and then tried to re-instal it, again nothing happened and when I looked at the start up it had in D:\instal\autorun\AutoBCD.exe . I tried a few times but still nothing. Hope someone can help,

Try running a lens cleaner through your player and make sure the CD is prefectly clean no finger marks etc.

it seems the program needs the cd in the drive to work.

make sure it is not dirty, clean it with lint free cloth.
