CD Track Intervals

I'm compiling some tracks into a CD, and my software is asking me to set the track interval, in milliseconds.

To be honest I don't know my millseconds from a hole in the ground, so what's a normal track interval?

Too long and my player will think work is over and go to sleep, too short and normal breaks become a new track.

Would appreciate some ball park guide.

Do you have the choice of track at once or disc at once if so read this .One normally never chooses the Gap size

Since these are mp3 tracks they record as data, and therefore they record as one continuous track.

This would appear to be a normal option, the software, Replay A/V, is a fairly well known one, and I am using an up to date version.

1000 millisecond = 1 second.

You could try somewhere between 900 and 1500.
