CD runs in full page - how to resize?

  rsm 12:41 27 Jan 04

I am using a CD rom which contains text mainly. I need to be able to see my word processor at the same time (not toggle between).

The CD automatically displays in full page, offering no menu or means of resizing. (Goes over the taskbar and everything).

It's a read-only CD rom, you aren't expected to do anything with it but read it.

Can I make it open in a resizeable box, or make it smaller when it's onscreen.

any suggestions welcome, thanks.

what options do you get if you right click the content when it is playing.

None whatsoever - it has no effect!

Have also tried these:
Display the current window’s system menu ALT+SPACEBAR
Display the shortcut menu for the selected item SHIFT+F10
