cd burning software with "no pause"between tracks

ive downloaded a dj mix thru a zip file,burnt it onto cd thru nero [with "no pause"clicked]but theres still a slight bump in between tracks where u can hear the join.does windows media player have that function[if so where is it??]-or any other burning software that might improve on this tiny "glitch".its barely noticeable-but i can hear the mix joined!ive got windows vista.when i do my own mixes with that function its absolutely it the zip file or!

Any software that will burn disc at once (No Pause) might sort. But I think the sound is already embedded you could if its worth it run it through Audacity and remove the bumps then re record
