Hi, can anyone recommend a good free programme so that i can capture clips from home made videos taken from my camera please?
I like using the video on my panasonic camera and they turn out quite well but would like to capture some parts to make into framable photos or use for artwork. I know there are several out there but i would like a very easy to use free one.
Many thanks.
E.

Do you mean capturing a single frame of video, to use as a still photo?

I use Topaz Moments for this, it improves the quality of the captured image, 30 day free trial,

or maybe Picasa3
