Capitals to lower case

I have some text which is written all in capitals. How do I change it to lower case easily in one go? Also will it keep the capitals at the start of each sentence like I have written here? I have Office 2003.

.

If you are using MS Word select the text and press Shift-F3 the case will change case rotating through lower case, title case and upper case. You can get sentence case from the Format drop down menu Change Case option.

Peter.

Thanks
