Try Revo Uninstaller click here If asked if you want to reboot the PC after uninstalling, choose No and let Revo clean the registry as well.

Could be a rootkit infection. If you run Avast AV try a scheduled scan, means it will scan for trojans before Windows loads. If not try a malware specialist forum such as

Not a rootkit or a virus. The software is running in the background once it's installed, you have to stop the related processes before doing an uninstall. Sign of a poorly written uninstaller which doesn't do it itself.

c:\Program Files\Babylon\Babylon-Pro\Babylon.exe is the process name - open Taskmanager (hit Ctrl + Shift + Delete), right click Babylon.exe and select End Process. Then go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.

If it's the real Babylon it is a useful, good program. click here

Good advice if genuine Babylon.
