cant send e mail

i have for the last 30 minutes trying to reply to an e mail using outlook express 6 an all im gett every 2 minutes or so is the pop up saying please enter you user name and password in which i do the 2 minutes later it pops up again even though i ticked the box to remember my password. Any ideas?

It sounds like a problem with your provider's email server, misters. Who is your provider?

If you are just using freeserve as an e-mail account and not as your isp you may need to re-activate your account. Log onto the freeserve website, in the top headings will be a link to 'retrieve an account', click on that link and follow instuctions through, inputtting your existing e-mail address and password until you get to the point where you would click an "install" button - do not click install, just shut the site down. Return to Outlook Express, you should find that your e-mail is now working again. Good Luck
