cant run Java

I'm trying to book tickets online and when i get to the seating plan to select my seats, its just a blank screen, I'm told to download Java updates, iv done that, its all installed, iv re-booted but i still get the same blank box with a little red x in the top corner, this is getting very frustrating

What op system and browser are you using?

Your browser could be set to block java content.

1. Click Tools.

2. Click Options.

3. Click Security.

4. Click Internet.

5. Click Custom level…

6. Scroll down to Scripting and select the radio button to Enable or Disable it. You may also opt for IE to Prompt you to allow scripts to run.

7. Click OK, then OK again.

JavaScript should now be enabled or disabled in Internet Explorer.

Also, ensure you use 32bit Java if you use 32bit IE, even if you have 64bit Windows. The Java version relates to the IE version, not the OS version.
