Cant remote access when in standby!

Im tryin to get my pc to remotely wake up from S3 standby mode? Does anyone know if this is possible? Im using XP Pro simple file sharing aand everything works fine when my computer is not in standby but when it enters standby I cant get it to wake up from remote access! Ive set it to "allow the computer to come out out of standby" in the properties section of the network adapter in device manager, and iv upgraded by bios to the most recent version but still no luck! Can any1 help me?

Could wake on Lan be an option.(option is nowhere in bios) only wake up by pci card! Is this similiar to Wake on Lan?
