Cant receive email after Installing Steganos Anon

This is a long shot I know but I wondeer if anyone out there has had the same problem and has a fix.

I just installed Steganos Net Anonym and now I am unable to recieve email on my BT account primary address. I can send email, browse the web and of course use web mail. This is the case even when Steganos is not active ie I have left it switched off. I presume during installation it changed a setting or two. I have emailed their tech support but it could take 4 days for a reply!! Meantime I cant recieve email!!

I am using Windows Xp Home edition and Outlook Express 6.

I am using NAV 2003 and no firewall except Win Xp built in.
