Can't print emails anymore?

  pj123 13:56 09 Dec 05

Up until yesterday I could print my emails out if I wanted a hard copy.

Today I get:

"Internet Explorer Script Error

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified Error
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page.

Yes No"

If I select Yes or No nothing happens.

I am running Win98SE with IE and OE 6.

I have tried SFC but nothing untoward shows up!

Did you click print or pring preview

+ do you preview it through say epsons own doc preview browser? before print because this could be the prob if not try ctrl+p instead

Start, Run, type

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

and click OK.

Thanks VoG™. Tried that but get:

"Cannot find Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll"

If I copy and paste an email into word it prints no problem at all. So does everything else. I can print pages from the Internet no problem, pages from this Forum, no problem. It only seems to be Outlook Express that has the problem.

Hmm. You need to find the equivalent command for Windows 98.

Although this one still hasn't been resolved I will tick it as I am quite happy to copy and paste into word to print it out.

Thanks everyone.
