cant pick up any wireless networks

my toshiba equium a210-ias wont pick up any wireless networks(realtek built in).

i have installed updates but still having trouble. other computers connect fine.

please help

Silly question but is the Laptop's wireless connection definitely switched "On"?

Most laptop computer these days comes with a build in wireless card; some required you to

switch on the “Wireless Radio Antenna” via a small slide switch on the laptop

Or using the FN (Function) key you have to hold down the FN key and press the key with a

small “Antenna Icon” to turn on the “Wireless Card Antenna” at top of keyboard “F” keys

Also check that the wireless card is “Enable” from the Network Connection section

Setting - Network Connection - Right Click Wireless Area Connection – Click “Enable”

If already “Enable

“Disable” and “Re-Enable” the Wireless Card
