Can't open Windows Explorer again

I've earlier posted this problem here and I thought my problems are resolved when someone posted a comment at that post. When I open Windows Explorer, the task bar together with the desktop icons, disappears! When it recovered, the other windows is still there, but the Windows Explorer window is missing! I tried opening it with Task Manager, for the first few times, it can open, but now I can't open and the same problem exists! My PC is running Windows Vista Home Basic.

Go to Control Panel > Problem Reports and Soultions. Does it say anything?

You could also run a system file check. Go to All Programs >Accesories >Open the Command Prompt by Right Click and Run as Administator > at the Prompt type sfc /scannow and hit Enter
