Cant open Outlook express 6

When I try to open outlook I get the message "there is not enough memory to start C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" I press ok then it says access to the specified path is denied. I have Windows 98SE

Do you have enough RAM, or is your hard disk full?

If not try removing it and re-installing Internet Explorer 6 (which will install OE6).

Go into control panel add/remove prog highlight OE6 and click Repair then re boot.

I have enough RAM, disc not full, I will try reinstalling Internet Explorer.
