Hi I am trying to load a dvd program onto my dell....I get an error saying setup could not continue because there is a missing file (kernel32.dll) searched for the file and I do have it on my system so I am not sure why I am getting this error or where to copy the file in order for the computer to recognize it. Please let me know what we can do about this The dell is a new machine, so the system requirements for this program far exceed what is needed...I am running windows XP home.....Thanks

Not a definitive answer, but some things to try if you haven't looked there already. There are support forums for each product on their site too.
