You can try a cd drive cleaning disc, as it looks like information is not beind read correctly from discs. When my drive had problems I had to get a new one.

Try this

Delete the Install Shield folder.

Start Windows Explorer.

Browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Install Shield.

Right-click the folder, and then click Delete on the shortcut menu.

When the confirmation message appears, click Yes.
Restart your computer

Apparently it's a problem with the install shield click here the guy in the last post seems to have found the answer. If you want to follow that advice, I would recommend backing up your msxml.dll file first. Then go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 Urlmon.dll" (without the quote marks) and click OK. You should then get a message to say that it was registered successfully (or not).

What version of windows are you running??

  MAJ 14:08 14 Sep 03

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll should read regsvr32 msxml.dll
