From the Taskbar, click 'Start'
Type Computer Management in the 'Start Search' box and press 'Enter'
From the 'Computer Management' Menu,
click 'Local Users and Groups' then 'Users'
double click 'Administrator'
Uncheck 'Account is Disabled' click OK:

Now restart your computer and you should be presented with the option to Login as Administrator

I have read that it can be a bit iffy flashing the Bios .
Not sure if there is a safe way of doing it.

A quote from ASUS website...
"Caution, Update the BIOS only if you have problems and you are SURE that the new BIOS revision will solve your problems.
Careless updating may result to more problems with the motherboard!"

Sometimes you just have to flash the BIOS for example in order to get it to recognise a new CPU model that wasn't out when the board was bought.

I have probably flashed a BIOS half a dozen times in the last 20 years, starting with DOS versions and lately WinFlash. Each time I have have held my breath, crossed my fingers and had sweaty palms but I am glad to say that I have never been unsuccessful. Read Sea Urchins link and then go for it.
