cant get rid of worm after system reboot

i have a worm in my pc, that causes my pc to crash and so i have to do a system restore on it, but every time i do it, norton still appears with you have i virus that cannot be deleted and it causes my system to crash over again, anyone had this problem before and know the solution?

System Restore may be restoring the worm. Try scanning with Norton with System Restore turned off click here

Also scan with a² click here

follow Vogs advice - turn off system restore run a anti-virus scan and a and spyware scan. If you go to the symantec site there may be an actual tool to get rid of it.

theres nothing on the symantec site to get rid of it, i turned off system restore, but when the computer restarted it wouldnt start windows up, i couldnt even start in safe mode or press any F key, so i just had to total restore the whole system again, but still no luck in getting rid of it
