I own a Canon S330 printer and use Win XP. I recently altered my printer settings to print an 4 x 6 photo and can't get the default ones back -all pages of text are printing at 4 x 6 size!
I have gone to Printing preferences /Paper size and chosen A4 , Printer Paper A4, Orientation/ Portrait , I have even gone into Control panel and chose Custom, gave the A4 measurements, and it is stil printing a quarter of an A4 page. Can anybody please help?
Thank you.

Printing quarter page in the way you describe is indicative of a corrupt driver. Suggest you remove printer driver and reinstall.

If that does not provide the cure .... come back.

The easy method would be to uninstall the printer
followed by re-install.It may save you a lot of time.
Iam sure even though you may like to solve the problem this maybe best. There could have been a file corrupted.

Any reason not to do a system/restore to a checkpoint before the problem started?

I was about to uninstall and reinstall my printer when I read Jim's comment about trying a System Restore. I don't know why I did not think of this myself.I'll get used to Win XP one day !!! Thanks for your replies
