Can't find System32\MSA64CHK.dll

When I log on to my PC, a message comes out saying "Can't find System32\MSA64CHk.dll". How can I repair this? Every thing works normaly. I use windows XP. Please advise.

This is a dialer which you definitely do not want. Try Spybot to remove click here

Start, Run, type

msconfig

and click OK. Look for this entry on the Startup tab and untick it. You will be prompred to restart your computer. After doing this you may get a message about selective startup or similar. Just tick the "don't show this message" box to avoid seeing this message in future.
