Hi,

Have re-installed my Windows XP. I now cannot access micorsoft.com. It says to change settings which I have tried to do but no joy. I have googled this and still no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

Googled.

Try Run.Type in cmd. Then press ok.Command prompt will open ,type in ipconfig /flushdns then press enter.Remember the small gap between ipconfig and forward slash or it will not work.it should tell you dns cache has been cleared if so reboot and see if it makes any difference.

or right click local area connection on the Taskbar and press repair and see if it comes up with any problems.
