Can't access router via My Network Places

Recently changed to Sky Broadband. I am sure I was able to access the router by double clicking the Netgear Router icon in "My Network Places" now all it says is that Windows cannot find the file click here
I can still access it by typing the above into the web browser.
Any ideas?

I have never been able to access the router other than by its ip address.

It usually appears if you have SSDP and/or UPNP service running; could be one the other or both, can't remember. Start menu/run, type services.msc and check

And check UPNP is enabled in the router settings

Got the Netgear icon, just saying Windows cannot find the file. Got SSDP discovery service running, upnp is enabled.
