Can't access full scene anti-aliasing in Windows

Hi there
I can't seem to access full scene anti-aliasing in Windows 98. I went into Control Panel/Display/Settings/Advanced and couldn't find anything. I then clicked on the GeForce4 Ti4200 tab (my graphics card) and still found nothing. There is a button called Additional Properties but it is greyed out so I can't use it.
I know I've seen it somewhere but can't remember where.
Perhaps somebody could help.

What version drivers are installed? Have you updated to the latest Detonators from click here?

Move the windows to the right a pop out box might be on the lkeft and off screen. Also look for a green button with a white arrow on it level with System information ---------------

If its next to System Information click it and the box will pop out...

If the Additional properties button is greyed out it using means the menu is out on the left but off screen.
