Canon Pro 9000 reporting 'more than one red'

Hi, Refurbished form Canon Uk on Ebay, it has already had the purge unit replaced from day one of ownership. Though i saved over £150 on cheapest online purchase price and it has 12 moths on site parts and labour.

Anyway, i keep getting reports of more than one red cart installed, or all the lights and carts not being recognised as installed.

All origional inks, nothing funny. Wondering if there is a work around. Obviously i will contact Canon and the seller as well, but thought i'd throw it out on here to see if a quick fix comes back.

RE-install the driver possibly?! i suppose first point of call would be to try that. i'll keep it on the burner for now, incase the problem has come up before.
