Canon Pixma iP8500 color management prob.

When I try to click on the Color Management Tab in the Properties Dialogue Box, the computer freezes and I get a message that reports: Dr. Watson's Postmotem Debugger has found a problem and has to shut down the program.
I cannot shut down the program unless I reboot the machine.
Why can't I access the color management tab?

When I click on Properties then color management, I get a message from Windows Explorer:

Error Signature:

Then I get a message from Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger [I didn't even know I had this program installed?]

I don't understand what this means? I have profiles for my monitor and printer from Spyder?
