Can anyone throw some light on this problem, please?

When I launch the Fax Consule in Windows XP all Received and Sent faxes are listed but when I click on one to view I get the following message:-

"The fax document cannot be displayed because your operating system have a default viewer for fax documents (.tif files)"

Any suggestions????

It may be that the TIF files are not associated with the 'Picture and Fax viewer

To revert your system back to use the original graphic viewer using the following steps:-

1. Start Explore (Right mouse on the START button and click Explore)

2. Click on drive C:

3. Select Tools / Folder Options

4. Select ‘File Types’ Tab (There may be a short delay whilst you computer searches for types)

5. Scroll down to TIFF and TIF file types (JPG etc)

6. Click on TIF

7. Click Change and associate it with the appropriate viewer which in Windows XP is
’Windows Picture and Fax Viewer’
