What are you doing to try to shut it down (ie, what key presses)?

I cannot print for the moment all this information that you send me.. I created a shortcut on my desktop... to shutdown ... and I can shutdown without problem. I cannot understand that shutdown integrated in system can not perform that !!!

Explanation : I have no printer here... so cannot print information ! I find a solution to shut down ... Using Power switch is too dangerous for HD !!
