Is she using a standard mail program or webmail?

Are they going from the "outbox" to the "sent items" box?

Does she have the correct smtp server details set?

Time for more info - what operating system, what mail progrmam, details of any error messages and so on.

Incoming Mail Server is for example

(POP3: = POP3.(theirserver).co.uk (or COM etc.).

Outgoing Mail:-

(SMTP): = SMTP.(theirserver).co.uk (or COM etc).

Incoming Server POP3 should be set to 110

Outgoing Server SMTP should be set to 25

The operating system is Windows ME
she is using Freeserve as her mail programme
and there are no error messages

Make sure the outgoing server(smtp), is smtp.freeserve.net I know this will sound obvious but just make sure that the . (dots) are present.
