Cannot receive e-mail

Windows XP SP3, and Incredimail.
I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, it resolved itself, but has returned. All of my past week's mail is stuck in the remote server. I can't get it out because My i'mail is freeware. I've emailed I'mail but the answer can't be expected for a few days, and then, of course, I won't be able to receive their answer. A little bit of a dilemma. Can anyone help me with this problem please.I've tried the repair option in Add/Remove, I've tried reinstalling, but I've still got about 30 emails in the server. I need help, badly, please.

Thanks for replying and for the link. I'll give it a go tomorrow when I've got a bit more time. I'm currently having dialogue with I'mail and the latest thing I've heard is about problems on servers.I'm going to tick as resolved for no better reason than I think it will be resolved soon or Incredimail gets the elbow and I'll go against my own feelings and use Outlook Express. Cheers and thanks for that useful link.
