Cannot install Office from CD

I have seperately tried to install Office XP and Office 2000 Premium on my PC running XP Porfessional. On each installation, it stops at the same point with the message "Error 1311. Source file not found: Q:\OFFICE1.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
The file is certainly there, on both setup CDs, but it doesn't seem to want to access it. Any ideas anyone?

I ended up following the advice on the Microsoft Office site and copied the whole disk into a folder on my hard drive. I installed it from there with no hassle!

Cheers for your responses anyway.
