Cannot Communicate with DNS Server

Hi, ive just recently moved house and got a new isp all the internet set up fine with the ethernet cable, but when i try to go wireless it keeps saying cannot commmunicate with DNS server, ive been on the phone with tiscali for about 45mins for them to say theres nothing they can do there must be a problem with the laptop. This i dont understand because it worked fine just the other day when i was at my old house, although it was a different isp and router.
Anyone got any ideas on what it could be?

The problem appears to be with your wireless connection between PC and Router, not with the ISP.

With an ethernet cable connection between PC and Router and *ALSO* a "wireless" connection, run the command...

IPCONFIG /ALL a Command Prompt window. This will show details of all network adapters in the PC and you can see if the "Local Area Connection" and "Wireless Network Connection" have both got their IP and other addresses from the router.
