Cannot access computers on home network

I have set up a network using a router and have access to the internet on both PCs. I have set up a workgroup on both and can see both PCs through one of the computers but am denied access to the remote one.

On the other PC I am denied access to the workgroup - stating that I may not have sufficient rights.

I am logged as an administrator on both.

Any ideas?

Turn off all firewalls inc windows and try it and if that works you will have to configure your firewalls to allow your network.

Browse for a share on another client and tell us whether you are prompted for an account name and password.

Sorry do not know what to do here?

On one client, enter My Network Places. Browse (from the task pane) for the shares of another client in the workgroup. What do you get?
