Can you remove "CTRL / ALT / DELETE" at start up?

I am installing a touch screen PC at work and am wanting to use it without a keyboard (using only the on-screen keyboard in windows). But when you first boot up you have to press CTRl Alt Delete, which is not possible without plugging in a keyboard.

Is it possible to disable it?

I am using XP Pro. Its on our network and therefore needs to have username entered also at startup which is not a problem as it remembers it.

Thanks in Advance
Paul
