Can you recommend a graphics card, please?

I need to replace my existing graphics card because the cooling fan on the card keeps sticking and causing over-heating, which in turn causes breakup of the screen image.

The existing card is a Radeon 9800 Pro. The computer has a 3 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4 processor and is running Windows XP Pro.

I do not do Gaming. My most intensive graphics work is probably Photoshop Elements and Microsoft Expression Web, the web page editor.

Can you please suggest a card that would suit my needs without me paying for features I do not need? I am quite out of touch with current videocard specifications.

Thank you for the suggestions, and yes it is an AGP slot for the graphics, on an Intel D875PBZ motherboard.
