What are you asking?

Those videos are taken on a mobile uploaded to the owners' PCs then uploaded to a free hosting site on the Internet.

The site gives you a link that you can then post on forums like PCA who don't host files. Or give the link to family a long way away and they can view them without having to pay to send it from mobile to mobile.

Quite straight forward.
