Can I use 360 Internet Security's Sandbox for safe internet banking?

360 Internet Security ( download at click here ) is apparently the most effective free anti-virus program, according to tests done at AV-Test ( click here ). My question is whether it is possible to do safe internet banking by dragging a browser (for instance Chrome) to the program's Sandbox, and then opening the banking site from that location in the Sandbox. It would be wonderful if the Sandbox could be used in the same way as Avast's Safe Zone - especially because the 360 program is free. Any advice on this?
