Intel Celeron 1.8GHz
256 MB DDR-SDRAM (thinking of updating to 512)
40 GB
XP Home

I am thinking of installing MS Office Prof Edition 2003 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Access). This machine is approx 2 years old and has MS Works suite 2002 installed.

1. Can machine spec handle 2003.

2. If ok, do i uninstall MS works suite first or can i just leave it running both software.

3. Not sure of outlook issues....will it be overwritten, will it affect my email, addresses etc

Apols for so many qs, but just being a bit cautious

Merry xmas to all

1. yes

2. no need to uninstall

3. Works uses Outlook Express, instaling Outlook will not affect this. If you want to use Outlook it will ask if you want to import settings.
