can i repair baord?

A strange problem,
I have an asus board, all works well and im happy with it exept 1 thinkg. The clip that holds the heatsink and fan onto the bracket that goes over the cpu, has broken. Therefore its not sitting on the cpu securely.
Can I simply replace the plastic on the board?
