Can I remove those from Start up on Windows7

Hi.I have 4 programs running at start up which I believe that I do not need running.3 for intel and 1 for microsoft.

1/ IGFX Tray [Intel]

2/ Hotkeys Cmds [Intel]

3/ Persistence [Intel]

4/ Sidebar [Microsoft]

Is it safe to remove them from start Up or am I safer just leaving them.

You can remove them all safely using msconfig, if you want to change your mind re tick them and reboot
