Hi Folks,

When I boot up the system it comes up with 2 options. Boot windows xp pr boot windows xp (back-up). This happened after I had to try a repair to the OS. Does anyone know how I can remove the back up option on boot?

cheers :o)

Find the file boot.ini on your hard disk (usually in the root of C drive, likely a hidden file).

Create copy of it.

Open it and edit out the unnecessary line.
