Can I plug in a Vodafone usb wifi dongle into a Samsung Galaxy tablet (£200)? Will the standard usb on the dongle fit the tablet ok? And what about the software needed? I want to avoid paying the extra £100 to buy a "cellular" tablet.

To be clear: I'm not sure you mean 'wi-fi' do you as, so far as I know, all tablets come with built-in wi-fi (else they'd be pretty useless)? Do you mean you want a 3G capability so you can get online wherever you are - including in an area with no wi-fi access?

Ian, yes 3G, that's correct. I have a small dongle that I plug into my laptop via normal usb. Can I use this on a Samsung tablet?
