Can I increase video memory?

Hi , I recently bought an Acer 5103 laptop, that comes with an ATI Radeon Express 1100 on-board graphics card with 128 mb of memory allocated. I have upgraded the system memory to 2GB, which is fine and all working. The spec of the machine says I can have upto 256 mb of memory on this card, but I do not know how I can do this. I have been into the bios and the max there is showing 128mb. Can anyone help in explaining if it is possible to increase the video memory, and if so how!

Thanks.

ATI have HyperMemory and Nvidia have Turbocache it is technology that enables the Graphics Processing Unit to use a combination of dedicated and shared system memory. It is automatic and it only uses system memory when available and needed for Graphics like games.
