Can I delete these Norton files?

  Hetti 14:26 13 Apr 08

I thought i would try to clean out some clutter from hard drive, I find a number of Norton files located in my external hard drive that is connected to my PC, it is a Seagate 250 hard drive, are those files connected to Seagate drive or are they from the back up of my entire drive when I did have Norton installed. Can anyone advise me please?

when I did have Norton installed.

If you don't have Norton installed now, you don't need any files relative to it..

Thanks for that, I was afraid it would cause me problems,do you know if there is a special tool for removal? as the files are not listed in add/remove.If not would you know how I can get rid?

If they are orphans on your hard drive just delete them, I found a few even after using Nortons removal tool, and can report no ill effects.
