Can desktop icons be printed?

Hiya people.

My older boy would like to use his desktop icons (with the name underneath) to decorate the front of one of his school exercise books. Is it possible to print these somehow?

Thanks for any help.

With the Desktop showing.... Hit the 'Print Screen' button. Then open Paint, paste the Desktop image and edit and print from there.

I think that will work ;-)

If you press the PrtScrn button it will copy the contents to the clipboard. Then open Irfanview click here and paste the image in.

Using the mouse draw a rectangle around an icon, Edit|Crop selection and save the resulting file.

Yes as above then you select and crop the icon before printing
